Ordering Guide
Step 1/3
Select the developing service you need and add it to your shopping basket. At checkout you can select the desired return option for your negatives.
We will use the email address you enter when purchasing the developing service to send you the download link for your scanned images.
After your order you will receive an individual order number - this is important, so make sure you remember it!
Step 2/3
Pack your order carefully and include your order number.
Simply write the order number on a piece of paper or an old piece of paper and put it in the parcel.
Pack your films securely in a bubble envelope to protect them during transport. This will ensure that your films arrive undamaged, or you can drop them off at one of our drop-off locations. There we will take care of the safe onward transport!
Step 3/3
Receive your scans and negatives back.
As soon as we receive your parcel, we will record your order in our system. You will be automatically notified by email that your films have arrived safely.
From this moment on, you can relax! After we have developed and scanned your films, we will send you an email with a download link that you can use to conveniently download your images.
If you can't find the email with the download link, please also check your spam folder, as our messages can sometimes end up there.
Once processing is complete, your negatives will be securely packaged and either sent back to you or, if you wish, archived by us. You will receive another email as soon as your negatives are on their way to you.
