Right of cancellation

(1) The purchaser has the right to revoke the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, provided they are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

(2) The revocation period begins on the day the purchaser or a designated third party takes possession of the goods.

(3) To exercise the right of revocation, the purchaser must send an email to kontakt@dasein.film. The purchaser will then receive a revocation form via email, which must be completed and returned.

(4) The purchaser may use a sample revocation form. Upon receipt of the revocation, the purchaser will receive a confirmation.

(5) To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for the revocation to be sent before the deadline expires.

(6) In the event of revocation, the provider will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred due to a different delivery method), without delay and at the latest within 14 days. The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed. A refund may be withheld until the goods have been returned or until the purchaser provides proof that the goods have been sent back.

(7) The purchaser must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after declaring the revocation. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

(8) The purchaser bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

(9) The purchaser is only required to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
