FOMA Fomapan 400 35mm / 36 exposures
The Fomapan 400 has been produced by Foma in Hradec Králové, North Bohemia, since 1921. This black and white film is known for its favourable price and flexibility. It offers a relatively high tolerance for exposure errors, although the shadow detail is somewhat weaker. Compared to more expensive films such as the Ilford Delta 400 or Kodak Tri-X, it has lower sharpness, fine grain and halation protection. Nevertheless, it remains a good choice for price-conscious photographers.
